Subscription Boxes are being discontinued.


TLDR:

  • We are discontinuing our subscription program.
  • December boxes are shipping out on the 29th. No more will ship after that.
  • You don’t need to cancel we are taking care of that on our end.
  • Refunds will be issued for those that have remaining balances.
  • New exciting kits are coming!

 

We have some good news and bad news. Bad news first. We will be discontinuing our subscription box program. This is not because it is failing, its not because people didn’t like it. Quite the contrary, it has been very popular and well received. Unfortunately, when we started the program, we were under the impression that both Jeff and I would be at home working full time on Seidora by the end of the year. But both of us have had to go back to work, Jeff full time, and now I’m back to work full to part time. This has drastically cut the hours that Jeff and I are able to work on Seidora. Which would be ok, except that the subscription box program has been so popular, we can no longer keep up. Because of this, I am now spending almost all of my time working on only the subscription boxes and neglecting the rest of the shop. We want Seidora to be a well-rounded witchcraft and metaphysical supply shop, not just a subscription shop.

 

You will still receive your December box as it will be shipping out on the 29th but no other boxes will be shipped after. You don’t need to do anything on your end, as we are canceling all reoccurring payments. If you prepaid for more boxes than you have received, we will be contacting you with your refund options.

 

Now the good news! We are going to be doing way more kits, some starter kits, a supply kit, a few themed kits, a mystery kit, and a custom spell kit! This will allow us to offer awesome bundles and some custom products, but at a much slower and much more manageable rate. This is also going to allow more time to get regular items back in the shop like restocking the herbs and listing the bones and statues.
