Shipping

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we are only shipping in the United States.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are shipped within two business days (Wednesday - Sunday).

You will receive an email confirmation and tracking information when your order ships.

Exact shipping times depend on your selected form of shipping. Please refer to your tracking number for updated shipping estimates.

How much does shipping cost?

Carrier-based shipping will be calculated at checkout. The weight of your total order calculates shipping cost via standard shipping rates from our provided carriers.

We are currently using USPS and UPS as our shipping carriers. If there is one you would prefer us to add, please contact us at support@seidora.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Please contact us at support@seidora.com as soon as possible.
We will contact the shipping provider and request information on your delivery.

Please Note: We cannot, at this
time, replace any merchandise that is lost due to theft of shipping packages.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns on undamaged and non-defective physical products as longs as they meet the follow conditions:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Product must be not be opened.
  • Product must not be used. 

For damaged and defective products please provide adequate
proof of defect or damage by contacting us at support@seidora.com.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on course or digital downloaded products.

How do I return my product to you?

To return an
item, please email customer service at support@seidora.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable methodto mail your return. 

How do I get a refund for my return?

You can choose to either have the cost of the item refunded on at your payment type, or you can receive in store credit.

After receiving you return and
inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or credit. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

My spell or ritual didn’t work, can I get my money back?

Unfortunately, no. Seidora can’t
and doesn’t guarantee any desired outcome as metaphysical work is strongly personal and relies heavily on user intent.

Can I make a change to an order once it is place?

At this time, we are unable to
change an order once it is placed. Please make sure you are happy with your order before completing checkout.

Do I have to create an account to purchase products from your site?

No. Although, we do highly
recommend it. From your account you can track past order, reorder products you frequently buy, create a Wishlist and much more!

Products

Are your products ethically sourced?

Many of our animal products come for independent taxidermists, as such, it is incredibly difficult to obtain reliable information on how material is sourced. Unless we see how a bone, for example, is procured we have no way of knowing if what we are being told is correct or not.

That said, when it comes to animal products, we like to look at it like this:

The more of the animal that can be used, instead of wasted, the better. Also, by using the said animals remains in our spiritual practices or as art, we are honoring and remembering the animal’s life.

We do not knowingly support any unethical or cruel treatment of animals or people. If we are ever made aware that one of our suppliers is unethical, we will discontinue business with them
immediately.

Are your herbs or herbal blends organic?

Although we do use some organic herbs in our blends, per FDA regulations we cannot label any of our herbal blends as organic without having them tested by an independent lab. At this time, we are unable to send samples out for testing due to the significant cost involved.

Some of our individually packaged herbs may be organic, but again, because of stocking issues and the significant cost involved, at this time we are unable to label any of individually packaged herbs as organic.

Rest assured that all of our edible herbs are food grade and can be used in food and beverages, as well as cosmetics.

Can I get a product in a different color or size?

All available product sizing is clearly listed on each product page, if it is not listed, it is unfortunately not available.

If there is a clothing item or accessory you would like in another color, you can contact us at support@seidora.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

You don’t carry a product I want. Can you find it for me?

If there is an item you are looking for but unable to find, please contact us at support@seidora.com and we will do our very best to find it for you. Hunting down obscure products is something we really enjoy, so don’t hesitate to ask!

Why do you use the term Dark Moon, instead of New Moon?

The Dark Moon is the time when none, or the least amount of visible light is reflected from the Sun toward Earth. This is usually one to two days long. The New Moon is when the first visible light starts to show on the Waxing Crescent of the Moon. This is how astronomers used to view the Lunar Cycle, but for ease, the whole cycle has been changed to “New Moon”. We feel this new way doesn’t suit magical needs well enough, as the Dark Moon and the New Moon both have different uses in rituals and spells.

After purchasing a course, you can access it through a special members-only area in your Seidora account. All of your courses and community pages will be listed there for easy access.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for our courses as they are digital content. No, there are no download limits. Once you purchase a digital product, you can download it as many times as you need.

No, our digital downloads are for personal use only. They cannot be used for commercial purposes or shared with others.
